I ordered a USB Bluetooth hub years ago for my aging PC. Name brand "USA" units where $20+ back then. Found one on Amazon for less than $3... shipped. So these guys were shipping individually when ordered came in, and those pouches took a boat ride across the ocean. They must have been paying pennies to make these things, even then the margins must have been tight. Lots of Chinese sellers often have long shipping times because they wait to get enough orders to fill up a certain amount of payload. Therefore shipping takes forever because they're basically waiting for other people to place enough orders to warrant the cost of shipping the crates all at once. which is why they're attracted to selling on Amazon. They send a large shipment of products to an Amazon warehouse which saves them money because they can ship a complete pallet now, and when items sell on Amazon, they're shipped from local American based Amazon warehouses which offer 2 day shipping.It would take Amazon back to the way it was maybe 5 years ago, when the product catalog wasn't a dumpster fire, counterfeits weren't as big of a problem, etc.
