 The dreams suck. I journaled about it, I wrote letters to her that I didn't send, I processed it with friends, my mom, my therapist. I watched lots of movies and shows that helped me grieve. I even made a playlist about the relationship so I could listen to it and hold space for my emotions whether happy or sad. I'm in a much better place now in many ways, but I still miss her every day. Not nearly as painful though. And I think right now I'm the happiest I've ever been.
